Early autumn development in the local authorities' customer management
At the end of summer before the seasonal autumn customer invasion in the office, numerous local authorities developed their customer management culture.
Our convincing local authorities references and integrated CFM systems persuaded 3 local authorities to choose us. Within this project, Gyál's, Törökbálint's and Sátoraljaújhely's townhalls got our Q-FUSION integrated CFM system installed. The implemented systems offer solutions for the office in customer management (Q_FUSION) and in modern customer information dissemination (Q-MONITOR) and in appointment making (Q-TIMER). Quite a few articles were published about the projects in the media.
